Project Description

Building upon the triumphant completion of the façade installation for Vita T1, Skyklass has been honored with the contract for the comprehensive façade package installation for Vita T2, the second Union Tower. Vita T2, an impressive 35-story structure, is strategically located in close proximity to Vita T1. These two buildings have been thoughtfully designed as a cohesive pair of towers, distinguished by their shared materiality while exhibiting nuanced architectural compositions.

The Union T1 and T2 buildings, developed by Vita, exemplify a visionary live/work community concept tailored for young professionals and essential city workers. These buildings are set to provide an array of affordable living units, workspaces, public amenity spaces, and thoughtfully curated retail offerings, further enriching the urban landscape and promoting a dynamic and inclusive urban environment.
