Project Description

Vita T1 Building is built in the  heart of Manchester and is compromised of  32 Storeys that will include 380 co-living flats ranging from two to four-bedrooms, and 180 smaller studio apartments. The building  also incorporates affordable working spaces, gym areas and flexible commercial spaces.

Skyklass was responsible for the installation of the whole façade comprised of :

• Over 12.000 Sqm of unitised façade
• stick system including an aesthetic black ceramic cladding, aluminium screens and soffits
